The data requested will depend on the account settings and can include identity, contact, appointment, health, and billing information.
OptiMantra screens and payment services may use their own cookies or storage. An embedded service can introduce these technologies while you remain on this website. The practice’s payment processor, required fields, retention rules, and actual integration behavior must be confirmed before activation. The public website is not intended to receive or store card details.
